Some special needs children have mild or major hearing loss; as a result, they are required to wear hearing aids like these

 
This is a feeding button that is inserted in to special needs children that have trouble digesting food by eating it through their mouth.

 
This is a feeding tube. You insert this in to the feeding button and place a medical bag on it to pour the formula in to.
