* A.R.  ~ Remember to read your A.R. books every night!!!  It is okay for an adult to read the book to the student when necessary.  Remember that A.R. is a reading comprehension program.  It is crucial that you ask your student questions about the story to prepare them for the test. 

* Lunch Account:  Be sure to keep your lunch account positive.

* Basal Readers:  We are excited about our new reading series.  Please watch for these books and take extra good care of them.  We will be using them for the next six years!

*Spelling Tests:  Don't forget to study for Spelling each week.
