Helpful Hints for PE

   Athletic shoes are best to wear

   Girls need to wear shorts under their dresses

   Be sure to send a note about excuses from PE

   Put names on labels of coats etc.

Please remember to send a note with your child if he/she is unable to participate in P.E. at any time during the school year.  We like to be informed of any physical condition or limitation your child may have throughout the school year.

 

 

 

25 MILE CLUB

We will begin walking/jogging this year and trying to earn miles for toe tokens! Remember 12 laps inside the gym is 1/2 mile and 24 laps inside the gym is 1 mile. If you do laps outside during P.E., 8 laps is 1/2 mile and 16 is 1 mile.  Also, you need 5 miles to earn a toe token. You may also walk/jog up to 5 miles outside of school to count towards your total.

If parents wish to help with our school's total miles, they may walk/jog with their students outside of school and send a note with your child indicating how many miles you have completed.
