Mrs. Parsons Science Class

Course Syllabus
* Chapters and sections will be selected based on the requirements outlined in the Alabama Course of Study and the Alabama High school graduation exam.
* Grades are determined on a cumulative point system.. Major tests and projects count more than daily grades. At the end of each nine weeks, a student's point total is divided by the total points possible. The resulting percentage is the students grade for that grading period.
* Grades may include writing assignments, objective tests, notebook quizzes, unit tests, vocabulary tests, drawings, projects, presentations, group work, lab activities and other work assigned by the instructor. Semester tests are given in accordance with school board policy.
Feel free to contact me at school. Fifth period is my planning period.
